- Beverage Services Limited trading as Roma Coffee Roasters is our legal business trading name
- Roma Coffee is the name that will appear on cardholder statements

Delivery:
- Delivery is only in New Zealand
- There may be a delivery fee depending on the goods purchased, this will be stated in the shopping cart process
- Roma Coffee Roasters delivers goods within 10 days. Roma Coffee Roasters will attempt to deliver to you within this desired delivery time, however, they cannot guarantee this during busy periods.
- At the time of confirmation it is possible for the card holder to cancel the transaction, provided this is confirmed in writing to Roma Coffee Roasters via the following email address: enquire@romacoffee.co.nz
Refund/Replacement Policy
- Roma Coffee Roasters offers a refund/replacement policy if you are unhappy with our good
- Roma Coffee Roasters will refund or replace the goods that was delivered
- Roma Coffee Roasters must be notified via email: enquire@romacoffee.co.nz within 7 days of delivery for this to apply.
