Ingredients:
360gram chocolate (2 blocks)
1/3 cup Marshmallows
1/3 cup Superwine biscuits
1/3 cup Dried cranberries
1 Tbsp Butter
Coffee: ‘Aaron’s Special’ capsule, or ‘Aaron’s Special’ coffee beans, alternatively you can use 1 Tbsp of instant coffee.
Method:
Melt chocolate and add the 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted set aside.
Combine marshmallows, cranberries, and biscuits (broken up) in another bowl.
Next, combine the chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients and place into a lined tray.
For the topping, add more dry ingredients.
Next, add the coffee crema from the espresso to the toppings and for additional flavour soak the biscuits with the espresso. (If you are using instant coffee add this with the chocolate in the first step)
Refrigerate for 3 hours and enjoy!
