After individually roasting our single origin beans we combine them to create blends with flavours that are far better together. The result is beautifully-balanced, delicious coffee that our customers know and love.

With 40% ‘French roasted’ beans, this is one of our darker blends.
All our coffee is batch roasted according to its estate of origin. Each type roasts slightly differently: some benefit from a subtle lightness in colour, while others are enhanced when roasted a touch darker.

Brazilian coffee, using the ‘Swiss water decaffeinated” process which is completely chemical free.

By taking the roasting time on slightly, the roast master is able to produce a ‘full city’ roast with a flavour all of its own.
A distinct nutty flavour with a pleasant sweetness.
A large bean, medium roast with the fantastic chocolaty flavour notes that Javan coffee is famous for.
An intensely flavoured coffee with bright citrus notes, roasted slightly darker than medium.
Grown in the extreme altitude of the New Guinea highlands, this bean exhibits a subtle sweetness with a light spicy finish. Medium roast.
